This page contains the latest and historical copies of the GD2 Price Control Financial Model (PCFM) since the beginning of the RIIO-GD2 price control.
Under part D of Special Condition 8.1 of the Gas Transporter Licence, the Authority is required to maintain a consolidated version of the GD2 PCFM on its website.
Part C of Special Condition 8.1 provides for the Authority to make modifications to the GD2 PCFM. These modifications are published during each regulatory year and are shown in the list of subsidiary documents below with the suffix "C01", "C02", and so on.
Before each Annual iteration Process, the Authority publishes a consolidated version of the GD2 PCFM to be used for the upcoming AIP, titled " GD2 PCFM for AIP 202X".
The version of the PCFM published following an AIP is titled "GD2 PCFM November 202X" until regulatory year 2022. Starting from regulatory year 2023, the version of the PCFM published following an AIP is titled "GD2 PCFM AIP 202X."
