The Warm Home Discount Supplier Guidance (version 1) - Scotland explains how we will administer the Warm Home Discount (WHD) scheme in Scotland in light of the changes introduced in the Warm Home Discount (Scotland) Regulations 2022, and how we expect suppliers to comply with the scheme requirements. It provides additional clarity on the administration of the WHD scheme in Scotland in light of our own and supplier experience of the scheme so far.
