This decision extends protections for consumers who may have a prepayment meter (PPM) installed under warrant. We have come to this conclusion after consulting with stakeholders on our proposal and carefully considering stakeholder views and other relevant factors before coming to a decision.
For the avoidance of doubt, this document is the statement in writing, as referred to in Standard Licence Condition (SLC) 28B.7 of the electricity and gas supply licences. It therefore extends the duration of paragraphs 28B.1 to 28B.4 of the electricity and gas supply licences.
