On 6 September 2023, as part of the National Grid Electricity System Operator Limited Electricity Transmission Statutory Licence Consultation, the Authority published on its website the text of the proposed FSO Transition Funding Governance Document.
A Decision on the FSO Transition Funding Governance Document was published on our website on 11 December 2023.
The reason for this direction is to issue and put into effect the FSO Transition Funding Governance Document which makes provision about the arrangements for the recovery of costs for FSO Transition Activities (as defined in the Licence) and imposes requirements on the Licensee related to the recovery of costs for FSO Transition Activities.
