The Authority’s 7A consent decision, published on 4 September 2018, gave consent to NGET’s request to transfer part of its electricity transmission licence to NGESO subject to NGET complying with the conditions set out in paragraph 9 of the 7A consent decision by 1 April 2019. This letter is intended to provide interested parties with information on the Authority’s view on each condition precedent and how they have been met.
