NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 10 October 2017 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Contract Natural Gas 2 Limited (company number 05055997) whose registered office is situated at CNG House, 2 Victoria Avenue, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 1EL, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
