We recently consulted on the report that Ofgem commissioned from the independent consultants CEPA and BDO to assess the outcomes of the offshore transmission owner (OFTO) tender round one (TR1). This report is part of our commitment to undertaking continuing evaluation of the OFTO regime.
We have now published a letter setting out our conclusions on the consultation.
