Ofgem issued for consultation on 13 May 2014 a report from independent consultants CEPA and BDO to assess the outcomes of the benefits derived from the Offshore Transmission Owner (“OFTO”) Tender Round One (“TR1”). This consultation closed on 4 August 2014 and we set out in this letter our conclusions.
