On this page you will find the standard terms of the Backstop Power Purchase Agreement (BPPA) that would be entered into between a supplier and an eligible generator under the Offtaker of Last Resort scheme.
These standard terms were issued by the Department of Energy and Climate Change on 25 February 2015.
The BPPA contract contains the project information schedule which must be completed by generators as part of their application to enter into a BPPA. Relevant fields in this document are editable to allow for electronic submission.
