Decision to modify Special Condition 6F of the SHET electricity transmission licence

We believe logical errors in SpC 6F are reducing transparency about the allowance calculations. The errors primarily cause issues with the calculation of interim allowances rather than final post-reconciliation values for actual capacity delivery. To promote consistency, for this consultation we have reviewed and are proposing changes to all the algebra in SPC SpC 6F.
