On 18 July 2019, we published our decision on amendments to the Capacity Market Rules (“Rules”) and an amended version of the Rules setting out the changes we were making to implement our decisions. The changes to the Rules which we effected as a result of this decision were laid before Parliament on 18 July 2019 and came into force on 18 July 2019.
BEIS have also made a number of amendments to the Rules this year and the informal consolidated version of the Capacity Market Rules below includes both ours and BEIS’ sets of changes. It is the same as the version published by BEIS on 26 July 2019.
