As part of the new ESO regulatory and incentives framework from 1 April 2018, the ESO is required to engage with its stakeholders to produce a Forward Plan before the start of each regulatory year.
We have reviewed the ESO Forward Plan and have provided some overall comments for the ESO to consider.
