This notice, issued further to paragraph 10(a) of Part C of Standard Special Condition A40 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) (“SSC A40”) of the Gas Transporter Licence, proposes changes to Version 5.1 of the RIGs for RIIO-GT1, published on 27 April 2018.
Please let us know, by 11 April 2018, if you have any comments on the proposals.
Subject to any representations, we propose to modify the RIGS in a direction in April 2019.
