We propose to make changes to the Gas Distribution Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs). These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the existing reporting requirements.
This notice proposes changes to Version 4.0 of the RIGs for RIIO-GD1 published on 5th May 2017.
This notice fulfils our obligation under Part C of Standard Special Condition A40 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) (“SSC A40”) of the Gas Transporter Licence.
Please let us know, by 26 March 2018, if you have any comments on the proposals.
Subject to any representations, we propose to modify the RIGS in a direction on or after 30 March 2018.
