Decision for

We have decided to modify electricity and gas supply licences to remove certain Retail Market Review (RMR) Simpler Tariff Choices rules. The decision follows our statutory consultation letter dated 3 August 2016, which outlined our proposed changes and reasons for proposing these changes. In reaching this decision we have carefully considered and taken into account responses received to our consultation. The changes will take effect from 28 November 2016.
