Decision

This consultation sets out our proposed updates to deemed scores for use in the ECO3 scheme.

Government is currently consulting on proposals for ECO3, the successor to ECO2t. This includes some proposals that will impact on the current ECO2t deemed scores. In addition to the changes that will be necessary given the positions set out in the government consultation, our proposed updates include those based on the availability of new data, feedback from stakeholders, and the outcome of the Percentage of Property Treated (POPT) review.

This consultation seeks your views on our approach to updating the deemed scores for ECO3, should it be introduced as set out in the Government consultation.

The documents that make up this consultation explain the method and assumptions used in developing the proposed set of deemed scores as well as the proposed updated scores.
