This consultation sets out our proposed updates to deemed scores for use in the ECO3 scheme.
Government is currently consulting on proposals for ECO3, the successor to ECO2t. This includes some proposals that will impact on the current ECO2t deemed scores. In addition to the changes that will be necessary given the positions set out in the government consultation, our proposed updates include those based on the availability of new data, feedback from stakeholders, and the outcome of the Percentage of Property Treated (POPT) review.
This consultation seeks your views on our approach to updating the deemed scores for ECO3, should it be introduced as set out in the Government consultation.
The documents that make up this consultation explain the method and assumptions used in developing the proposed set of deemed scores as well as the proposed updated scores.
The consultation will be open from 4 April 2018 to close of business on 16 May 2018. We have provided a template to help us collate responses. Responses and queries should be directed to email@example.com. Alternatively, please provide written responses to:
