Responses were overwhelmingly against the reopening or early termination of theexisting price controls.

The document identifies a number of workstreams that need tostart before the next distribution price control review (2002/03), and explains whichissues will have to await consideration in that review. Finally, this document points tosome non-regulatory problems affecting distributed generation that may have to beaddressed by other organisations.
