Modification Number Four to the Shrinkage and Leakage Model – proposed amendment
National Grid Gas Distribution (NGGD) modification to the gas price used to calculate shrinkage allowance

This letter sets out our decision to amend licensees’ shrinkage allowance following an earlier mistake. It also includes our decision on National Grid Gas Distribution’s request to use an alternative unit price to calculate its shrinkage allowance.
