To implement our final proposals arising from our review of the supplier licensing arrangements, we are consulting on new Statutory Instruments, application forms and application guidance. We are making changes to the process for all licence types (exc. Offshore Transmission licence and the Smart Meter Communication licence), including new application requirements around suitability to hold a licence, and new licence application fees.
