Ofgem has launched TR11 to identify suitable bidders to whom an offshore transmission licence will be granted. There is one project in TR11 – Dogger Bank B Offshore Wind Farm. This project has met the necessary qualifying requirements and tender entry conditions (in accordance with the Electricity Regulations (2015) for TR11.
