If you’ve got a question while applying or once you’ve joined the RHI scheme, our customer service team will be happy to help.

The Non-Domestic enquiries line will be closed from 12:30pm on Friday 21st September and will reopen at 9am on Tuesday 25th September. In the meantime you can send any queries to rhi.enquiry@ofgem.gov.uk.

Please have your RHI number ready when you get in touch. You’ll be given an RHI number when you create an application for the scheme.
