ROO-FIT team

Please note the Renewable Electricity phone line will be closed from 12.30pm on Friday 21st September until 9am on Tuesday 25th September 2018 due to the September weekend public holiday. The line will also be closed from 12.30pm on 2nd October until 10am on 4th October. Please send any queries to the Renewable team on renewable@ofgem.gov.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

If you have an installation which is solar photovoltaic (PV) or wind with a Declared Net Capacity (DNC) of 50kW or less you should contact your FIT Licensee. You can find the list of FIT Licensees with their contact details here.

FIT Community team

For any questions relating to your application for FIT community and schools benefits, you can contact the FIT Community team on FITCommunity@ofgem.gov.uk.

FIT Compliance team

Consumer Affairs
