On 20 August 2015, Western Power Distribution wrote to us requesting that we amend the implementation date for DCP161 to be 1 April 2018. As required under Clause 14.8.1 of the DCUSA, we consulted with the DCUSA Panel who indicated they did not have a view on the potential impact of DCP161 when considered with other changes.
This letter directs that the implementation of DCP161 is deferred until 1 April 2018 and sets out the reasons for this decision.
