NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 08 March 2019 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to Sembcorp Utilities (UK) Limited (company number 04636301) whose registered office is situated at Sembcorp UK Headquarters, Wilton International, Middlesbrough, Cleveland, TS90 8WS, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
