Alongside our RIIO-2 formal Licence Drafting Consultation, we are also consulting on proposed drafts of a number of Associated Documents. These are documents created under the licence conditions that supplement those conditions and are subordinate to them.
We would like your views on our draft of the RIIO-2 Environmental Reporting Guidance document, which is an Associated Document of Special Condition 9.1 of the gas transmission (GT), electricity transmission (ET) and gas distribution (GD) licences. SpC 9.1 requires the licence holder to publish an Annual Environment Report (AER).
The proposed draft Guidance has been informed by the feedback we received from the gas transmission, electricity transmission and gas distribution licensees in nine working group meetings held over September and October 2020 on environmental reporting. This draft is a working draft of the reporting requirements for the RIIO-2 Annual Environmental Report and the content is in line with our Final Determinations. We will ensure that all comments received as part of this consultation will be considered before we finalise the Guidance.
