Response to the CMA's Updated Issues Statement
Correspondence and other
On 18 February 2015, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) published its Updated Issues Statement, summarising its current thinking based on the evidence it has received and the analysis it has carried out to date. The Statement also updates the theories of harm outlined in the CMA’s Issues Statement (which the CMA published in July 2014).
We welcome the Updated Issues Statement and broadly agree with the CMA’s updated theories of harm. In this letter we set out our views on each of the updated theories of harm.
