On 17 June 2022, we published our decision to approve REC code modification R0041: REC v3.0.
On 29 June 2022 we revoked that decision, as we became aware that there were some errors in the legal text of the modification.
Following that revocation we received a new recommendation to approve R0041 from the REC Code Manager, with an updated version of the legal text attached to the modification. In response to that new recommendation, this is our decision to approve REC code modification R0041: REC v3.0.
