The clarification letter sets out formatting corrections to the Notice that was issued by the Authority on 4 August 2022, to modify Electricity and Gas Supply Standard Licence Conditions 28AD. In addition, we are taking this opportunity to correct some typographical and formatting errors found in Condition 28AD for both the gas and electricity supply licences.
The underlying policy intent of the modifications to the licence text is unchanged, and we are publishing the updated text for clarity purposes only. The letter aims to assist licensees and any other interested parties to interpret the notice and the updated Standard Licence Conditions following our modifications.
