With the upcoming elections, we will not publish our minded-to consultation on CMP343 until after 6 May. When we do consult on CMP343, our minded-to position will include delaying implementation by a year, so that reforms to the Transmission Demand Residual would come into effect from April 2023 rather than April 2022.
