In November 2016, we talked to our Consumer First Panellists about their views and reactions to the term Standard Variable Tariff and other alternatives. We also asked for their thoughts on what they considered were key barriers and challenges to greater engagement in the energy market.
These findings inform our ongoing work to increase customer engagement in the energy market.
