Notice to make modifications to the RIIO-ED1 PCFM for use in AIP 2017

Ofgem have issued a notice under Part B of Charge Restriction Condition 4A of the Electricity Distribution Licence to propose to modify the ED1 Price Control Financial Model (PCFM). This is the version of the model we intend to use for the Annual Iteration Process (AIP) which will take place by the 30 November 2017.
The modifications are not considered to have a significant impact of the PCFM functionality. Full details and reasoning for making the change are set out in the attached notice.
