NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 16 June 2014 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to NBW Wind Energy Limited (company number SC253383) whose registered office is situated at c/o Burness, 50 Lothian Road, Festival Square, Edinburgh, EH3 9WJ, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1A (attached) for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises in the area specified in Schedule 1B.
