Modification of SP Transmission’s electricity transmission licence to re-specify its network replacement output targets under Special Condition 2M

This is our decision to modify Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission Plc’s electricity transmission licence, Special Condition 2M (Specification of Network Replacement Outputs).
As we received no representations, following our Notice of the 27 June 2014, our decision contains no further modifications to Special Condition 2M other than those specified in the Notice.
The effect of this modification is to re-specify the Network Replacement Outputs that must be delivered during the RIIO-T1 Price Control Period.
The modification will take effect from 25 September 2014.
