NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority ("the Authority") hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 ("the Act") that on 10 May 2021 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Longhill Wind Farm LLP (company number OC428018) whose registered office is situated at Sovereign House, 212-224 Shaftesbury Ave, West End, London, WC2H 8HQ, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
