This document contains the latest list of Eligible Suppliers for the purposes of the Supplier Market Access rules (Schedule A of Special Condition AA of the Electricity Generation Licence).

If you would like to be added to the list, please provide the information below in letter form to wholesalemarketoperation@ofgem.gov.uk.

  • That you wish to become an Eligible Supplier for the purposes of the SMA rules
  • That you hold a valid current GB electricity supply licence
  • Your total supply volumes for the 12 months ending the month before the last complete calendar month (calculated on a group basis)
  • Your total generation volumes for the 12 months ending the month before the last complete calendar month (calculated on a group basis)
  • The names of any affiliates who hold generation or supply licences
