NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that 20 September 2017 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to IPM Energy Trading Limited (company number 02462479) whose registered office is situated at Level 20, 25 Canada Square, London, E14 5LQ, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
