This document outlines the Authority’s decision that the failure at Gwynt y Môr OFTO plc on 15 October 2020 was caused by an exceptional event. It also provides the reasons for this decision and the adjustment we have made to the licensee’s reported system incentive performance under the availability incentive for the period 7 March 2021 to 30 September 2021.
