Great British Insulation Scheme
The Department of Energy Security and Net Zero has named Ofgem as the intended Administrator of the Great British Insulation Scheme. Through this consultation, we are seeking views on our proposed administration of the scheme.
This scheme was previously consulted on by the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero under the name ‘ECO+’ in November 2022. The consultation outlined policy proposals for the scheme and the response was published in March 2023.
