On 9th September 2019, we published our final decision to consent to Together Energy Limited's claim to Last Resort Supply Payment (LRSP), following certain additional costs incurred in acting as a Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR) for One Select Limited.
Additionally, on 22nd January 2020, we published our final decision to consent to Ovo Energy Limited's claim to Last Resort Supply Payment (LRSP), following certain additional costs incurred in acting as a Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR) for Spark Energy Supply Limited.
Finally, on 22nd January 2020, we published our final decision to consent to Ovo Energy Limited's claim to Last Resort Supply Payment (LRSP), following certain additional costs incurred in acting as a Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR) for USIO Energy Supply Limited.
In accordance with Special Condition 1C of the gas transporter licence, the Authority directs the recovery of Together Energy Limited's, Ovo Energy Limited's, and Shell Energy Limited's Last Resort Supply Payment (LRSP) claim through the MPt term for the formula year 2020/21.
