On 3 February 2023 we consulted on the changes necessary to the MSC to give effect to our decision to extend this measure beyond the 31 March 2023. This document sets out our decision to proceed with the required technical changes to the MSC model indexation methodology to maintain the model functionality during the extension period. In the interests of transparency, we have also published an updated worked example and MSC guidance document to reflect the changes made as part of this decision, which comes into force on 5 April 2023.
