This letter confirms our minded to decision to provide National Grid with additional 2012-13 funding of £8.4 million for the Anglo-Scottish Incremental project, which will increase capacity across the transmission boundary between England and Scotland. The funding is for construction work at the Hutton substation, which have been brought forward to realise efficiency savings
