Decision

This consultation letter proposes changes to regulation 10(3) of the Complaints Handling Statutory Instrument by removing the obligation on Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and Gas Transporters (GTs) to write to each of their domestic consumers, informing them of the existence of their complaints handling procedure and how to obtain a copy. This proposed change does not remove the obligation on DNOs and GTs to publish their complaints handling procedure in a clear and prominent location on their website.
