Alongside our ESO RIIO2 Informal Licence Drafting Consultation we are also consulting on proposed modifications to a number of Associated Documents. These are documents created under the licence conditions that supplement those conditions and are subordinate to them.
We would like your views on our proposed modifications to the Electricity System Operator Regulatory and Incentives (ESORI) guidance document. The proposed modifications ensure the ESORI arrangements and guidance are revised appropriately to complement the ESO’s RIIO2 price control design and would take effect from 1 April 2021.
We welcome responses on any aspect of our proposed new version of the ESORI guidance document and in particular whether the updated information provided on the within scheme process and the performance evaluation is clear.
