DCC is required to publish Regulatory Accounts each Regulatory Year which comprise matters set out in Licence Condition 30 and comply with the requirements applicable to a Quoted Company in Chapter 4 of the Companies Act 2006 except where the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority otherwise consents.
This consent is to exclude components applicable to a Quoted Company from DCC’s Regulatory Accounts.
