Notice under section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity generation licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 23 October 2023 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Beacon Fen Energy Park Limited (company number 13347752) whose registered office is situated at Stirling Square, 5-7 Carlton Gardens, London, England, SW1Y 5AD, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
