As part of our amendments to Standard Licence Condition (SLC) 47 of the electricity supply SLC made on 7 September 2022 for the purposes of Market-wide Half Hourly Settlement (MHHS), we designated the MHHS Data Access Framework Commencement Date (MDACD) in SLC 47.4(b). This date determines when certain data can be obtained by licensees for the purposes of MHHS. This direction amends this date from 01 October 2023 to 04 April 2024.
