NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 19 August 2015 a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(1) of the Act to XLN Energy Limited (company number 09200327) whose registered office is situated at First Floor, Millbank Tower, 21-24 Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply gas to any non-domestic premises situated in Great Britain.
