We received an application for an electricity distribution licence from Utility Distribution Networks Limited.
This notice sets out our proposal to modify the electricity distribution licence that we are minded to grant to Utility Distribution Networks Limited so that it contains all of the conditions relevant to Independent (electricity) Distribution Network Operators (IDNOs), but excludes the conditions that are only relevant to larger incumbent Distribution Network Operators (DNOs).
