UNC541A and UNC541B seek to achieve the removal of those UNC Charges incurred, as a result of the one hour difference between the upstream and the downstream gas days, by those shippers inputting gas into the National Transmission System from UK gas beach terminals which remain on a 06:00-06:00 gas day.
The Authority rejected these modifications on 26 May 2016.
