UNC532/IGT082 proposed that a number of days be classified as non-effective days for the purposes of the Uniform Network Code (UNC) and the Independent Gas Transporters (IGT) UNC provisions, relieving parties of certain obligations during a period of scheduled IT system down-time.

With today’s decision to delay the implementation of Project Nexus, the days set out in these proposals are longer relevant and they are therefore rejected.
